Introduction

Purity & Certification

• Every gold product sold is accompanied by a certificate of purity/mark (such as 916, 999, etc.) where applicable.
• Customers are advised to examine and understand the purity information before purchase.

Exchanges & Returns 

• Final Sales: All purchases of gold and jewelry are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
• Product Defects: If there is a defect in manufacturing, customers may make a claim within 7 working days from the date of purchase by presenting the original receipt.
• Custom-made items (items made to order) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Costs for inspection/adjustment requested by the customer after purchase may incur additional charges.

Warranty & Liability

• The Shop will not be responsible for any loss in market value of gold after purchase.
• No warranty is given on future changes in the market value of gold.
• Any enquiries or complaints must be made in writing or through the customer service channels provided.

Customer Privacy

• All customer information provided during a purchase will be kept confidential and used only for purchase management, delivery, or customer relationship purposes.

Termination

• The Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will take effect once uploaded officially by the Shop or announced by official channels.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Any dispute will be referred to a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
